How long does it take for items to be delivered?

All orders are processed within 2 working days.  95% of our orders are delivered within 3 working days, but please allow up to 12 working days for exceptional circumstances. 

Larger items such as our furniture does take up to 14 days to be delivered, this is stated in the product description.

If you are ordering from Europe please allow an additional 3 working days for delivery and 7 working days for international deliveries

 On occasion when there may be a problem with getting  your order to you on time, you will be contacted by e-mail

If there is a particular emergency and you need your delivery urgently, please feel free to contact our team and we will be happy to help you as best we can.

How much does delivery cost?

A delivery charge is added to all orders, the rate of which is determined by the size & weight of the order. We price our deliveries in at same or lower rates as Royal Mail 1st Class postage.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major debit & credit cards which can be put through our secure check out system. Alternatively should you wish to send us a cheque or postal order this can be arranged, please contact our team and they will gladly help you.

Do you have a shop where I can collect my purchase myself?

We do not currently have a brick and mortar shop, however we are happy to arrange for you to view/ collect your items from our warehouse at Garden Organic. This can be arranged through the online shop manager, please contact Vicky - vicky@lovethyspace.co.uk

Can I return faulty/unwanted products?

Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction and all products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.
