How long is your delivery time and what are the rates?
All orders are processed within 2 working days.
We offer a standard royalmail postage rate for those that do not mind waiting. This service takes 3-5 working days and is charged at the royalmail standard rate. These rates can be seen in the right hand margin of the screen as you select your items
Please note that some of our larger items such as furniture and made to order rose arches take up to 14 days for delivery. This will be stated on the product page under the description.
Urgent Delivery?
We also offer a speedy courier service for those needing thier order fast. Charged at flat rate of £5.95 no matter how many items you buy. We use UPS overnight courier service for all our express deliveries. Please note that you need to make your purchase before 12 noon in order to receive your package the next working day.
Overseas Delivery?
If you are ordering from overseas please get in touch with our customer services for a quote on delivery time and cost. These prices differ depending on distance and weight of each item.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major debit & credit cards through our secure Sage Pay Checkout as well as offering Paypal to those who prefer using an external server.Alternatively should you wish to send us a cheque or postal order this can be arranged, please contact our team and they will gladly help you.
Do you have a shop where I can collect my purchase myself?
We do not currently have a brick and mortar shop, however we are happy to arrange for you to view or collect your items from our warehouse at Garden Organic. This can be arranged through the online shop manager, please contact Vicky for more information - vicky@lovethyspace.co.uk
Can I return faulty/unwanted products?
Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction and all products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.
